The truth? I didn’t start out in portrait photography. The things that really got me on the scene, & some of my first loves, were landscape and astrophotography. Not only am I so lucky to travel the world and capture breath taking landscapes, my own home state is beautiful, diverse, and full of opportunity. The best way for me share that with you all is through my digital print shop, full of instantly downloadable PNG files that you can have printed and use to decorate your home, or keep them digital and use them as high quality backgrounds. I’m Liz, owner & operator of Goldsmith Studios. A film & digital photographer based in the Virginia Beach area. Much of my inspiration comes from the work that I do with vintage film slides & the simplistic way that photographs were captured during the 20th century. I love the style and feel of film, so while learning how to master it in my free time, I try to mimic it often with my digital shots.
